Excellent staffing agency. Shakya White is the best job coach ever and is helping achieve my career goals. Karina Dorsey is also amazing on helping me with goals regarding retention services. I did orientation 3 weeks ago and after working one on one with Shakya I have already obtained successful employment shortly after orientation. I look forward to growing with this company.

I had a great experience today at the orientation. It was very insightful, informative and motivational not to mention memorable. I say that because it truly gave a different and better understanding to the meaning of an orientation. First Step’s goal and actions through today’s orientation and interview have showed me that “First Step” isn’t just a business name to them as I naturally originally assumed it was. No they make things happen, clear paths, open doors and make walkways for the community. Thank you Karina for your help today I definitely appreciate it.

I tried to apply on their website I couldn’t move forward because they want me to enter my social on there website seems kind of sketchy, who ask for this info upfront? A social security # general taken after you are hired. I will not put that info into a database without guarantee employment.
