The overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My journey with Sterling Technical Staffing’s Delhi office was marked by broken promises, poor communication, and unnecessary expenses. They issued me an offer letter and pressured me to complete my medical tests and Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) well in advance, despite the fact that PCC is only valid for three months and medical tests are typically scheduled by the embassy.
For six long months, I stayed patient and persistent, following up regularly. Each time, I was reassured that the client’s process had begun and that the work permit was just around the corner. Then, without any warning or explanation, I was abruptly informed that the client had canceled the requirement.
This ordeal cost me both time and money. I had already spent on my PCC and medical tests, only to be left disappointed. My advice to job seekers? Do not place blind trust in Sterling Technical Staffing. Instead, apply through multiple agencies to protect yourself from the same fate.
