I been with company since about 2017. I called today about a resume a sent over . The lady got smart telling me I worked for the company before which I never have then she told me I went through Dawson which I don’t even have a Dawson profile cause I just called and asked. She then tells me she not going to argue with me, when I asked her aquestion about her TELLING me where I worked and didn’t. Then she hung up on me. Very rude very unprofessional.

They would’ve gotten zero stars if I could, rude and disrespectful. Kierra is always getting smart with potential workers, but when the energy is returned there’s a problem. Nobody is going to want to work at any temp service with recruiters like that.

The only reason they have 1 star is because some of the staff are very friendly. Other than that, this place is unprofessional and unorganized. There were multiple times when I came back to turn in paperwork at 1:00pm when they reopen after lunch but there was no one there. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to arrive which is very inconvenient when they say they’ll be open at 1. They had to look around for my folder which they seemed to misplace every time I got there. Also, I wanted to find a job while I was here for the holidays and they informed me I would be able to. Once the process started with me getting the job, they sent me to the wrong places at the wrong times. I had to drive back and forth all over the city trying to submit paperwork work to them after they had me go in a scavenger hunt to figure out where I actually needed to go! I had to keep driving back to the agency and they would then send me on another journey rather than just telling me everything I needed at the BEGINNING. This whole run around lasted for 2 weeks to the point when there was no point in me trying to work anymore because I’ll be leaving to go back to school. If they knew it would take so long they should have told me from the beginning or suggested a different job placement. They are really all over the place and this “temp” agency failed at their one job. Very disappointed and I hope no one uses them in the future.
