As a former employee of Sterling Personnel, I loved the environment of our office, I enjoyed my job and the way we went throughout the hiring process, and I had a great relationship with my coworkers including my manager. I no longer work in Sterling, however I am a current temp under them now. Ashley Canady, my recruiter at Sterling, is great with quick and understanding communication, and was fast with finding me a position to fit my needs and experience. I would recommend Sterling for any business in any industry trying to find qualified candidates for their company/job.
