This is the best place I’ve stayed in Bangalore so far, and I’ve stayed in a few. The room I stayed in wasn’t perfect. Missing lightbulbs, a broken ceiling fan, a broken bathroom fan, some fixtures are cracked, etc. The power does go out sometimes, for minutes or rarely, hours, but this is common in South Asia. There is a short term, electric backup system here, especially for the elevator, so you can use it without the fear you might have using an old building elevator in Colaba. The main things for me, are what count. The AC, Wifi, and hot water, and the price, are perfect. On top of that, my room had Cable TV with a 1080p screen. Water pressure wasn’t great, but that’s just a luxury. Wifi is faster and more reliable than most places, as well. The location is almost perfect. It’s right next to Manyata Tech Park and Elements Mall. You can easily walk to both, but with Manyata, you do have to take the long way around to get there, even though it’s just over the wall of the gated community, and the main road intersection to get there always has traffic. Sometimes because of that intersection when going South, Uber and Ola drivers will sometimes ignore you for awhile. The hosts are wonderful. They speak English and are on site, everyday. They have communal, vegetarian food for all meals of the day, at a good price and it’s good quality, fresh made. There is also laundry for a great price, and daily room cleaning if you desire which is included.

Check-in time is 8am and Checkout time is 10am
