I personally had the best experience with STAT global services. Initially it was for the dependent visa for my 5 year old daughter where my husband was not accompanying with us to UK, it wasn’t an easy process to get through but Anu chechi helped me exceptionally whole throughout the processing time, she was always available to answer any doubts even if it is out of office hours. And finally I was able to bring my daughter to UK. Also I had done the visit visa process with them 3 times now for my parents and all the applications were successful on first attempt with their guidance. I would highly recommend them and again thank you so much.

We had a terrible experience with the agency. We approached them to process visit visas for our parents, and they mishandled the entire process. They gave us incorrect advice, insisting we follow their guidance due to their supposed experience. As a result, we submitted forms with incorrect information. Despite scrutinizing the forms ourselves, none of the necessary corrections were made before the final submission, leading to visa rejection. Even though some reasons for rejection were technical errors on the agency’s part, they did not take responsibility and merely reiterated what was stated in the rejection letter. I would not recommend using their services for visit visa purposes.
I must appreciate Ms. Anu for her earlier work. My bad experience was with Mr. Tom. Best wishes!

Very honest person working there specifically Mr Tom , I accidentally transferred some amount to there account and they returned it without any drama
