Jenna opened my email with resume attached for 4 days without ever responding. I sent an email to the CEO who was nice but she still never followed up. I called at his request and no one bothered to follow through. I’m not sure how these people stay in business if they have poor communication skills. The candidates experience is very important. Please do a better job and start hiring diverse candidates. P.S. I emailed her all the way in February and she didn’t responded at that time either. So it’s happened on multiple occasions.
