Worked with Starforce for almost a year and half now and still ongoing. They have been of great help providing opportunities to work in different sectors, providing solutions and support for any significant inconveniences that may arise while working with them. Personally helped me negotiate and switch locations when faced with unprofessional treatment and supported me through it.

Apply through Indeed.
They call and Invite for registration.
Took all documents for registration process before giving any job.
After registration they don’t answer call or text messages.
Wasted time and money.

Registered with this agency before they moved from Etobicoke after they moved to Mississauga I re- registered. For the past 3-4 months I’ve been told that no jobs are available yet my colleagues seem to find work no problem. I wish not to make this a thing of race for I am black but it seems as if their priorities lies else where when it comes to finding employment for other ethnicities. If you are looking for work I’m not saying don’t join this agency but if you’re really trying to find employment try indeed or something. The point of a job agency is to connect ppl who want to work with employers but it seems that this place has a different agenda. The other reviews seemed promising I guess times have changed?
