Here’s a negative review for Staffy Health:

I would strongly advise against working with Staffy Health. This company mistreats its employees in many ways. First off, they underpay their healthcare professionals by not compensating for statutory holidays or overtime. If you’re even 5 minutes late, they’ll deduct it from your pay, which feels extremely unfair, especially given the nature of the work. They also refuse to pay for overtime, even when you’re asked to work beyond your schedule shift
Another major issue is their lack of proper scheduling. They will sometimes book shifts for you with less than 4 hours’ notice and won’t pay you for the full hours worked. To top it off, communication is terrible. There’s no way to speak to anyone directly about urgent issues or emergencies — everything is done through text message, and All which is frustrating when you need help or clarification right away.
All this is against ministry of Labour.
Overall, this company does not value its staff and operates in an unprofessional, unorganized manner. I would not recommend working here.

My first day with the Staffy app was positive! It streamlined many processes and made my transition into the role much smoother. I look forward to using it more as I settle into my position.The time tracking feature was a breeze to use. It helped me clock in and out without any hassle, ensuring accurate records for payroll, and the scheduling system was straightforward. I could easily see my shifts and any updates. I appreciated the notifications for shift changes, which kept me informed throughout the day. I will always recommend this app.

I recently completed my first shift using the Staffy App, and I’m impressed with how seamless and user-friendly the platform is! Though it took a while, the onboarding process was straightforward and thorough ( very important because people’s health is involved) and the support team has been excellent in answering any questions. I appreciate how Staffy connects professionals with opportunities quickly and efficiently. I’m excited to continue using the app for future shifts. I Highly recommend The STAFFY app for any care worker who wish to be an independent contractor.
