I used staff works for an event in West Hollywood. We were provided with 3 catering staff, all of which were very experienced, professional and energetic. They played a huge part in our event and made it a huge success. I would highly recommend for any service needs.

Staffworkx Event Staffing is amazing! I hired them for a last minute event with Mini Cooper in Santa Monica. Caitlin was super helpful and was on top of everything I needed. She sent over Ryan and Emmy as our servers. They were such a pleasure to work with and would request them again for future events in the area. I highly recommend Staffworkx for your future events.

terrible customer service!!! a lady name Susan was extremely rude.. i wasn’t even on the phone with her for more than 30 seconds. a lady i met at a grocery store told me about how they can service my needs but all she gave me was the number. so all i ask to susan was what was the name of the business called, if they had a website and since were already on the phone if she could tell me a little bit about it. she said to me ” sir I’m very busy i have paying customers that i need to attend to so no i cant answer your question”… LET ME REMIND YOU ALL THAT I WASN’T EVEN ON THE PHONE WITH HER LESS THAN 30 SECONDS!!! if she really needed to get off the phone all she had to say was ” can i put you on hold for a few minutes sir?” or sir can i get a number that i am able to call you right back on i have a lot going on and i want to give you my attention..” in my opinion i don’t think that customers like myself are always right because sometimes there not but in this case I AM! if your in customer service .. talk to people the way you would like to be talked to as well… with respect . SUSAN since your so busy hopefully get a chance to read this.. all i want you to do is learn from this experience and do better old hoe ! i believe in you! now go take on the day and make me proud.
