On February 1st, I took my exam at this Prometric center.
Overall, it was fine, though there were occasional delays waiting for staff to let us in. One time, when I was about to enter, I had to wait until they finished checking someone who was entering to the exam for the first time before they let me in, even though we were standing in line together. I feel like the staff could manage these situations better by prioritizing those who are already in the middle of their exam to avoid unnecessary delays.
But the worst part was how unbearably hot it was inside. I was taking an 8-hour exam, and by the final hour, it became completely unbearable—my blood pressure dropped. I’m glad I managed to pull myself together, finish the last section, and got my PASS, but it shouldn’t be this way. It seriously affects the testing experience.
What’s even more surprising is that my colleagues have told me that Prometric centers are usually too cold, which actually makes more sense.
