This was my first time experience in this prometric. The center was quiet and clean. I was surprised as there was no water for drinking and when I asked the lady on the reception for water during my exam break she told me they are out of water and the only water available is in the washroom! I was really taken aback by this reply, it was really very bad experience. Then I asked the guy who was sitting inside for security check and all, if he can let me take from his water bottle as I was really thirsty and still 2 hours remaining to finish my exam..he seemed nice and happily agreed. Overall it was ok experience but, I really didn’t like the lady on the reception and her horrible reply.

On February 1st, I took my exam at this Prometric center. Overall, it was fine, though there were occasional delays waiting for staff to let us in. One time, when I was about to enter, I had to wait until they finished checking someone who was entering to the exam for the first time before they let me in, even though we were standing in line together. I feel like the staff could manage these situations better by prioritizing those who are already in the middle of their exam to avoid unnecessary delays. But the worst part was how unbearably hot it was inside. I was taking an 8-hour exam, and by the final hour, it became completely unbearable—my blood pressure dropped. I’m glad I managed to pull myself together, finish the last section, and got my PASS, but it shouldn’t be this way. It seriously affects the testing experience. What’s even more surprising is that my colleagues have told me that Prometric centers are usually too cold, which actually makes more sense.

After preparing for a test for some time and trying to adhere to the guidelines something happened along the the two companies or billing that my (not critical) mother’s last name was not on the test letter as opposed to my driver’s license and they denied access to the test. Afterwards ,Phone representative gave quick instructions and suddenly transferred me to a department that’s closed, which cost me another 30 minutes to reach them back. No real help or consideration of anything.
