Nice people but a really inconsiderate rule about renewing expired tags. My wife is disabled. She doesnt drive at all. The car is in her name and we keep it just in case we need it but its never driven really. Because tags on her car are expired, i have to get a power of attorney signed to get them renewed. They saw I had done that the last time but for some absurd reason i need a new PoA everytime i renew if its past the time period. Could you make it anymore inconvenient for a family who has already had to deal with constant inconvenience bc of her situation? Now I need to take another day off work (or at least a half) to go again and get this taken care of. PTO is extremely valuable to us bc of my wifes condition and the regularity of which i need to take off to do things for her. Not to mention our 3 kids. And here’s the kicker…my wife cant hold a pen let alone sign her name. So ill just sign for her…the absurdity of it all….be better. Do better for your citizens.

Just left. Tried to use the kiosk. Must have been out of ink. The date on the sticker did not print and our address did not print on the registration. Now I’ll have to leave work to stand in line to get this fixed. So much for convenience.

I think all vehicle and license tasks should be able to be completed at all locations. It’s confusing and not clear which locations handle which tasks. Also it shouldn’t be this hard to get military plates. Calling other numbers. Jumping through hoops. Kind of defeats the purpose of being able to show up and leave with plates, doesn’t it?
