The reason for the 3 star review is because they find you decent paying jobs but there PTO policy is like slavery. Ill share it with you. Consultant must work continuously for one year without more than a two-week break. Example: 52 weeks in a year, must work 50 weeks. Consultant is eligible for a total of one week (40 hours) of vacation pay the week following his/her anniversary date. Example: anniversary date is 12/10/13 which is week ending 12/14/13; therefore, consultant is eligible for pay week ending 12/21/13. A consultant must be working to use vacation pay. Vacation pay is forfeited when notice of contract termination and/or employment separation is given by either party. SICK TIME A consultant’s sick time pay begins to accrue after 6 months of continuous work. One day is accrued after 6 months, another day after 8 months and a third day after 10 months. After the tenth month, one day of sick time is accrued every fourth month thereafter. Sick time must be used for sick days only. There must be a day the consultant did not work, and it must appear as such on the time sheet. Submit your sick time request via your timesheet through Paycom Payroll System. However, if our client has a TimeReporting System, you will need to email payroll your sick time request prior to 12:00 noon, Monday. Upon termination, any earned not taken sick time will be forfeited. Consultants must be actively engaged in a contract assignment to use earned time. Consultants cannot “cash-in” unused time on their last time sheet. So in summary if you find a better paying job, they will not pay out any sick time or pto time the you EARNED! and worked for because they want to keep making money off you. The part that really grinds my gears is if you miss two weeks, you lose everything and start over as a new employee. That is just crazy. But on a positive note, at least they offer something because most staffing agency’s offer nothing.

I have had a great experience working with Rob, Carol, & Josh. They have went above & beyond to make sure I can fulfill my potential as a contractor
