Ultimate Staffing is amazing, I was a fresh college grad who had spent over a year trying to find a job on my own with no success. I was getting extremely frustrated and felt like I would never get a job. I then looked around for temp agencies since that’s what my family had recommended and found Ultimate Staffing. Corinna was very helpful throughout the entire process, always answering any question or concern I had and figuring out the best fit for me. Corinna helped me get a good job that has skills and experience I value and I cannot recommend Ultimate Staffing enough!

TL;DR: Had an amazing experience in finding a new job with recruiters Katie Tener and Corinna Villareal that was both quick and made easy. Back in the middle of March 2025, I was part of a mass layoff at my former employer that I had been with for four years. For about a month afterwards I had applied to multiple job listings, however I came across a lot of scam postings (such as one that would send a fake check to supposedly pay for equipment when in actuality you’re just transferring your own money to the scammers) or where I would find legitimate listings but was turned down because of my lack of multitude years of related experience or higher educational degree (an interview with a major bank branch lasted only a minute after they found I didn’t have the specific sales upselling skills they needed). I had enough money saved up for me to be financially fine for the next few months unemployed, however my self-worth was declining with each no follow-up or rejection. As I was applying to anything and anyone, I came across Ultimate Staffing Services on Saturday 04/12/2025 and applied. Monday 04/14/2025: I received a phone call from Katie Tener telling me that they were interested in setting up an interview for the next day to which I agreed to. I was also asked to complete on-computer tests which made me happy, because it allowed me to show my skills rather than talk about it and be taken at my word. Tuesday 04/15/2025: I had a 30 minute long virtual interview with Katie Tener to which she made me feel comfortable and confident in myself, and in the end had set me up with her peer recruiter Corinna Villareal who potentially had a client I would be able to work for. Wednesday 04/16/2025: I got a call from Corinna Villareal telling me that she had set up an appointment for me with her client that Friday for a virtual interview and also got a call from Katie Tener who had her own client that she wanted me to meet for an in-person interview that same Friday. Friday 04/18/2025: I had a 20 minute virtual interview with my first potential employer at 10:00 AM, and had a 20 minute in-person interview with my second potential employer at 1:00 PM. Both interviewers treated me professionally and respect that I didn’t experience in the past month of my own individual job search. I got back home after 3:00 PM and decided to take a nap. At 4:30 PM I got a call back from Katie Tener telling me that her client wanted to give me a job offer and that they wanted me to start Monday 04/21/2025, to which I was elated about and eagerly accepted. In less than a week I went from unemployed to employed at what I am imagining to be a dream job, and I feel like I would never have been able to do that without both Katie Tener and Corinna Villareal. This isn’t even mentioning the many follow-up phone calls and emails I have received from both of them, as well as that Katie Tener has been communicating with me over this past Easter weekend, making sure I had completed the necessary documents and trainings before my first day at my new job. I’m very thankful and appreciative of all help I have received, and hope that others in search of job placement will find this glowing review helpful.

Have never worked with a Staffing agency before but Ultimate made the new experience a breeze. From initially getting connected with Hailey, I felt the relationship was collaborative and she got me moving in the right direction immediately. Lisa’s tenacious efforts helped me connect with a great company and work in a position I thoroughly enjoy, it’s become the perfect fit.
