I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this organization. They initially seemed very interested and eager to proceed, asking me to complete multiple steps in their process. This included filling out extensive paperwork, providing detailed personal information, and meeting all their requirements. I complied with everything they asked, investing a significant amount of time and effort to ensure everything was done correctly and submitted promptly. However, as soon as I provided all the necessary information and completed every task on my end, their communication completely stopped. They didn’t follow up with any emails or provide updates. I reached out multiple times, both via email and phone, to try to get some clarity or even basic acknowledgment, but I received absolutely no response. It was as if they vanished into thin air after collecting my information. The lack of communication or explanation is not only unprofessional but also highly suspicious. To be strung along like this and then ghosted without any justification feels incredibly disrespectful. At this point, I can’t help but feel like this could be some sort of scam. It’s deeply concerning and has left me questioning their integrity and trustworthiness. I would strongly caution others to think twice before engaging with them. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. My point of contact was Nicholas Martin.

Said I was guaranteed for a temp job, as in didn’t even need the interview. But they were waiting on a schedule to be made for me to start. That was around 2 weeks ago. And last Thursday, I sent an email to the agent handling my case, asking if there was an update. Still no response, but the job I was supposed to start with posted a brand new job listing over the weekend. She hasn’t responded to my email at all. And I would be sympathetic to maybe she is currently home sick. But in that case, someone should have taken over her communication with clients. You run a service for people who are often in poverty facing potential homelessness, and you are messing with their livelihoods. To be told I had a guaranteed job, and then he ghosted?? By a professional business?? That’s ridiculous.

I almost never write reviews, positive or negative, but in this case I wanted to shine a light on the fantastic services I got using Staffing Solutions. I’ve used employment agencies my entire life- both good and bad- and this is one of the most professional, accessible and downright nicest staff I’ve ever worked with. They were awesome, and YES I got exactly the job I wanted! That’s why I’m writing this. Thank you Nicole and Ali, and everyone else, for all your work! Highly recommended
