Tiffany was hands down, the best person to work with in finding our family assistant. I have been with multiple staffing/headhunter agencies (for several years) with no success. The first person Tiffany sent was the person we have been hoping for this whole time. I didn’t even have to interview anyone else, because we had found her! It was a perfect fit for all of us. Tiffany was able to understand what we needed as a family and had a very good understanding of the people she had as candidates. Tiffany was able to match us to who she felt was the best fit and SHE NAILED IT!!!!
I am so happy to write this review because I know how hard it is to find good people. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone. She (Tiffany) even answers the phone herself!! And is very easy to work with in the hiring process from start to finish.

I’m a nanny who met my current family through Tiffanie. I filled out the convenient application online, had a phone interview with Tiffanie, then in person interviews she set up with families. Her communication throughout was professional & helpful, there is no cost to the nanny, the contract is very fair, & I love my new family! Great experience.
