Highly recommended. Responsive to shift requests and despite us being based in Bridlington, staff are always provided, even at short notice.
We also have the same staff each time who have come to know our service and those we support really well.
The staff are friendly, caring, responsive, patient and have adapted really well into a mental health service that supports vulnerable adults with complex needs and severe mental health illness.
Excellent agency managed with complete professionalism.

This is one of the best agencies you can work with. I enjoy how they give relevant and updated trainings to their members of staff! Feedback is also important to them and that’s a great one, it’s always good when employers get feedback from employees from time to time. Staffgap regularly does this and they are readily available to give support to staff members who require support.
Did I forget to mention that their staff members are so professional! I’m glad to be part of the team!

I can’t thank Staff Gap enough! As everyone knows, we have problems with staff within health and social care. Staff Gap always come through for us and provide the most amazing staff!
We have our favourites and the person who deals with their rotas will always make sure that we have continuity with the staff they provide.
Short term notice is always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
