They will get very rude and try their hardest to not pay you your months wage and holiday pay leftover (along with p45 and last payslip) when you decide to leave. Avoid this minimum wage job. Better off working for the nurseries they sent us to.
EDIT: They know exactly who I am as they’ve asked me via ACAS (the agency who had to make make finally pay me what I was owed) to remove this comment.
