My experience with Staffactory has been excellent. The transition from interviews to my first day was seamless. Whenever I had questions, they were answered, and whenever I needed support, they were there to assist. Aastha, specifically, has been incredibly communicative, ensuring I’m always informed about the things I need to know. I truly appreciate Staffactory, and I hope to work with them again once my contract ends.

Someone from this company just contacted me on indeed regarding a position as a Radiology Scheduler and I stated that I was interested. I even said I was interested knowing that the pay was lower than my expected pay rate. The rep then called me and stated that I needed to confirm my interest by responding to a text that was being sent. When I asked her if she can tell me about the position, all she said was you would be scheduling. That’s not describing the position. I then asked what company is it with and she told me Caremount. I’m like oh okay, you mean Optum (because I know that they been changed their name). I proceeded to inquire again about the pay rate, because what she said is the max, isn’t the max as to what they are offering when they are posting jobs indeed. Plus the experience I have within the role (7 years) doesn’t equate to what she said is the max pay rate. Mind you, as we were on the phone, I was reading reviews for this staffing agency and listening to her on the phone, definitely gave me vibes as if this is a scam! How are you trying to fill a role, but can’t give someone a job description? She never even inquired about my background! BEWARE….STAFFACTORY is a scam!
