They are low paying to their CNA staff. They kept part of my money after I completed a shift stating a last minute call in which I called in 4.5 to 5 hrs ahead of time. Stated I received an email some time ago that explained that was to happen which I never received. 4.5 to 5 hrs ahead of time is not last minute when the shift was post the same day. I did have an emergency and couldn’t make the shift. I always cancel in more than enough time. They immediately taken me out the system and don’t care about our well being. We had to be patient to receive our pay when we worked weeks and weeks for them. Now this. They are not a good company to work for if this is continuously gonna be happening.
