I had a terrible experience with this UPS location. On February 15th, I dropped off a package with a prepaid label. I even asked the staff if there was anything else I needed to do, and they assured me everything was fine. I trusted them to handle my package properly. Now, over a month later, I was informed that my package is lost and inside were five iPhone 14s. Because of this, I am now responsible for covering the loss, which is completely unacceptable. UPS has offered zero help in resolving this issue. No accountability, no support, and no solution. Losing a package of such high value and refusing to take responsibility is beyond frustrating. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service. If you need to ship something important, I highly recommend going somewhere else, this location clearly does not care about its customers.
