I give 10 stars to this UPS Store. I had a HUGE task from my work, was my first time posting so many letters, but I had the best experience. They not only were very kind and friendly but also helped me to figure out how to make it easy and efficient. Thank you, Ravi for your help and for being so nice. The world needs more people like that 🙏🏼

This UPS location is wonderful- my usual. All the employees and the store manager, Ravi, are kind, always with a positive attitude and are professional. The store manager went out of his way to help me with a package issue and his patience, kindness and attention to this matter will not be forgotten. I wish every business was run this efficiently and I will keep using this location moving forward for all my packaging needs!

I had a terrible experience with this UPS location. On February 15th, I dropped off a package with a prepaid label. I even asked the staff if there was anything else I needed to do, and they assured me everything was fine. I trusted them to handle my package properly. Now, over a month later, I was informed that my package is lost and inside were five iPhone 14s. Because of this, I am now responsible for covering the loss, which is completely unacceptable. UPS has offered zero help in resolving this issue. No accountability, no support, and no solution. Losing a package of such high value and refusing to take responsibility is beyond frustrating. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service. If you need to ship something important, I highly recommend going somewhere else, this location clearly does not care about its customers.
