We were introduced to Ocala’s Staff America during the last week of my mother’s life. As we observed the care and professionalism given by their care-givers, it was evident that each person considered and honored our Mother no matter the time of day nor how long the shift. Management was helpful and quick to respond to our urgent need of 24 hour care. The people sent out to be with our Mother were experienced, kind, confident and loving. Quite amazing. Thank you!

Very unprofessional staff office staff included. The service is even worse they are very unreliable the caregivers are not dependable and the office recruiter/supervisor is inexperienced. She has absolutely no idea what’s going on she doesn’t return calls as promised and gives misinformation. My elderly neighbor was waiting over 6 months without care for a replacement caregiver from this company before I stepped in and contacted his case manager with the county this place shouldn’t even be in business. I myself and a few others in the community have filled several complaints against them with Mid Florida and the board of health as well as elder options and elder affairs

I first found out about staff America from working at a facility and observing their staff come in. Their staff is so professional and PUNCTUAL. One of the patients coded at our facility at the time, and the staff America staff jumped in even though the environment was unfamiliar to them, and started helping with the code one even assisted with performing cpr. I was so impressed with the quality of their staff that I applied myself at staff America. I can honestly say I love it. They’re amazing, they’re so professional! They always fight for their staff to get good rates. They have done an awesome job taking care of us during the pandemic. They have excellent communication. They fight for us to have adequate staffing when facilities try to give us illegal patient ratios. They keep you updated when your credentials are nearing expiration. They are a fantastic company to work for! Absolutely amazing! I’m currently a cna and definitely plan on being with them through graduating with my rn. Honestly I want to be with them for as long as I possibly can. They are phenomenal!
