Staff is mostly older black women who think yelling is how you get respect. The job is easy . But the poor leadership and lack of communication makes it harder than it needs to be . You will be removed for asking questions and trying to gain clarity will be seen as “disrespectful “ I think it would be better if more men were in charge and management wasn’t so emotionally driven .

It’s a good place to work. However, I did not get paid for hours I worked and I currently am unable to get ahold of anyone about it. Their phones go straight to voicemail.

Let me start by saying, this was an UNPLEASANT VISIT!!!! I was accompanying a friend for her son’s last Senior Game at the Star only to be greeted by a RUDE security personnel who verbally assaulted me mistaken my tire gauge as a vape! In the picture you can clearly see that this is a tire gauge. After I repeatedly explained to her it was a tire gauge, she called for her supervisor because she wanted me out. He approached me being RUDE at first and then tried to apologize on her behalf. He did not want to share her name, and said he would take the blame due to her being new. While I was able to get a picture of his name badge, her posing, and him refusing to share her information, she needs to be TRAINED properly on how to to talk to customers and protocols of handling different scenarios. Your attention to this matter is highly appreciated!
