I had a really bad experience with SA Company. The material of the apparel I ordered felt cheap and flimsy, nothing like what was advertised. After just a few uses, the stitching started coming apart, and the fabric felt low-quality. On top of that, their customer service was terrible. My order took way longer to arrive than expected, and when I reached out to ask for an update, I barely got a response. When I finally did, it was generic and unhelpful. Trying to get a refund or exchange was a nightmare—emails went unanswered, and phone calls were ignored. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend SA Company. Poor quality products and awful customer service make it not worth the hassle. Spend your money elsewhere.

Box was missing one of the 3 items ordered. Customer service responded very quickly that a replacement would be sent, and then another email advising that the item I ordered was out of stock and I would need to select another style. There are only four styles of the kids hat, so I asked for a refund. They responded that I could swap it for an adult hat. I again asked for a refund. No response since. Should spend some of that marketing budget on fulfillment. You had no issue taking my money, but refuse to give it back when you screwed up.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 3 items. One arrived in about a week while the others have never shipped. Contact the customer support AI and it says my order has been delivered. Their phone number is useless. Was a good company once upon a time.
