In 2025 I will receive a reminder from my former employer Squadra Gmbh threatening me with debt collection!
Why?
The Squadra human resources management team or their payroll department noticed an error in the final billing for 2022!
It’s about reclaiming €30!
I then contacted the customer hotline.
The lady had me on speaker and I could hardly understand her.
After some lengthy problems understanding things on the phone, we decided that her supervisor would get in touch with me.
That didn’t happen.
In my opinion, this is unprofessional and, above all, embarrassing behavior for such a company.
I just transferred money to you.

I can only recommend the insurance agency Squadra. Mr. Lorenz Grandits takes care of all issues for corporate customers like me, as well as for private customers. Even when it comes to little things like comprehensive insurance for a car. The Squadra team acts quickly, reliably and professionally. Thanks for the support!
