STPL’s work environment is extremely disappointing and, at times, humiliating. Despite consistent successful project delivery with dedication and professionalism, recognition and appreciation are lacking.
The culture heavily favors favoritism. Employees who flatter management receive key projects, visibility, and awards like Employee of the Year, while genuinely skilled developers are often sidelined, micromanaged, or ignored.
Individuals such as Sri Krishna and Avinash, who have limited technical skills, hold leadership roles and sometimes speak disrespectfully to juniors. Avinash has openly stated he will remain at the company, acknowledging a lack of opportunities elsewhere—an issue common among many long-term employees.
This toxic culture undermines growth, demoralizes true talent, and rewards politics over performance. Serious action is needed to address these issues to retain skilled professionals.
