I put in an application a week ago Thursday and was told that I was a shoe in at a Plumbing company that they currently are staffing. I did not hear back by Monday and called Trisha Guthrie on Tuesday to get some information. She said that they didn’t have anything available at that time. I told her that I am in great need for employment and am willing to work at any job. She asked if I had a pay preference and I said no. She told me that she would find something and be in touch. Nothing. I called back Thursday and she didn’t even answer the phone. I called back 30 minutes later and still no answer. I would not recommend using Trisha Guthrie at Spotlight Staffing!

After over 25 yrs in chatt town the first jobi had was doing the window walls at covenant transport. Was for labor finders when they were on 20th st i have worked when i took a break from my car career i managed and ran 3 different car stores ,i know good service and i can smell a winner If you need to get to work and have any reservation to working thru a temp service or an employer considering help with your personel or processes the staff and owner of this company are the only choice in my mind. They changed my view of staffing I worked 5 diff periods over 25 yrsfor labor finders and still work timeto time an the arena for utc . Move over manny (labor finders) the big dog got ya beat Great job ladies Great job you guys. If u want to work and want to be treated like a customer be valued,respected and someone in your corner make no mistake call the getterdone girls up there at spotlight

If I could leave no stars would… ALL THE WORKERS SUCK..THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE,GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT YOUR MONEY ..THEY DONT KNOW NOTHING!
