I love my recruiter Sam, she’s the absolute best!!! She goes above and beyond for her people!! I was a new travel nurse back in Nov 2021 when Spire hired me and Sam matched me with a great hospital. While at work I showed work ethic, great patient care, teamwork and reliability. My contract has since been extended 7 times while I’ve seen other travelers not get extensions due to poor quality nursing and lack of reliability. Thanks to Sam I’ve been able to branch out and get contracts in both ICU and the step down unit. Along this 1 1/2 year journey Sam has answered all my questions (and there’s been a lot!!) She’s great at responding quickly. Also I’ve never had to worry about my money with Spire. I always get paid on time, it’s correct, and I’ve always gotten my one time extension bonus. This travel agency is the absolute best and Sam is a wonderful recruiter. If you’re a great nurse this company is definitely a great one to work for everyone is so willing to help you succeed.

Wish I could give a 0. Sam Cochran helps who she wants. She was my recuiter for 8 months. Never checked on me. I see in previous reviews that she checks on people but look at who they are, and you tell me. She tells me their no jobs available. She is no help at all. She specifically told me a job was open bf this contract ended, and then she goes to say nothing available. Nurses are needed everywhere. I know she’s not looking because she told me rudely to check with another agency. She is so rude!! She’s prejudiced!
