I had a fantastic experience working with Spire as a first time home buyer! I worked primarily with Austin but had the pleasure of working with many other members of the team. The process was seamless and communication was great. It was my first time buying a home and I had so many questions that they answered thoroughly. I felt confident I was getting the best deal I could. Austin sat down with me many time to work through the numbers and was receptive to all of my feedback. In the end, I got a better deal than I imagined I could have buying in 2025. The team really seems to care about the people they’re financing!

This isn’t my first home purchase, but working with Stephanie and Kyle has easily been the best mortgage experience I’ve had.
