Filled out an application online received an invitation for a in-person interview and when I arrived I was told to fill out another application (paper this time) and then told thanks have a nice day you may here back in a week or not. So in other words wasted my time and trees for me to submit the same information I’ve already submitted online and not to mention the gas and time wasted
