I had never tried contract nursing before & was skeptical about it to say the least. I have been a nurse since 2012 & I can say with confidence that this is by far the best employment experience of my career. The on boarding process was simple & clear. My direct supervisor with this company is Willette & she is always avaliable my email, text or call & is quick to respond. I feel Willette & this company advocate for me & truly care. I have received emails from both my direct contact & administration asking me if I am enjoying my contract & work environment & if there is any assistance I need. The phone app is extremely user friendly making exchanging documents & tracking pay checks very simple, clear & efficient. They are prompt & accurate with their paycheck & I have never had an issue with pay. I would & have recommended this company to many nurses & will continue to do so. The office staff is amazing. Willette is always available and responds quickly. She engages 100% with the nurses and goes above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the nursing staff including last minute changes and/ or emergencies. Terrie is also on top of the game and pleasant to interact with and is timely with request to assist the needs of payroll and reminders to the nurses. Jeanette is professional and pleasant and is available to guide when Willette is not. The nursing staff are all amazing, fun team with professionalism and always willing to put the needs of the patients/ clients first and assist with shift coverage when able to. Great company!
