Is sad to know companies like this exist. Specially during this hard times. We had a business account and we called to close our account back in March and the customer service rep convinced us to not close the account and keep it under a Covid-19 program and the bill was going to be about $2.50 per month. Later on we called to again to close our account again since we were closing down our business and we were told there was a balance due of $116 on our account. After we spend 2 hours on the phone with them they didn’t do anything to help us. We no longer have a business, we didn’t use any of the services that we are being charged for. The office was closed. We never received no notification of the services being reconnected or anything through email or mail. They’re stealing from purple and now we are being sent to collections. Do not get spectrum!

A Scam a pure Scam. They over bill and overcharge you and when you call customer service all they say is, ‘We go by our notes’. Really! Even though when I signed up Installation and I use my own router and the bill was to $55.00 but it changed to the credit. Stay away from them

Worst services ever. Spent 3 hours on the phone trying to solve our TV and phone problems. Everytime, they tell me buying more of their trash will solve the problm. Only the internet doesnt seem to stop working.
Have a business, don’t use their services for your business. It will save you from alot of upset customers.
