Absolutely the Worst Experience – Stay Away!
Spectraforce is one of the most toxic and unprofessional companies I’ve come across in the US staffing industry. They hire people just to fill seats, drag them through 1-2 months of pointless training, and then fire them without notice or reason. They clearly have no regard for the time, effort, or well-being of new employees.
There is zero value given to newcomers — no proper mentorship, no real support — just constant micromanagement, pressure, and harassment. The culture is built around a few managers who act like they own the place, and the rest are treated like disposable labor. It honestly feels more like a sweatshop than a professional workplace.
Save your time, energy, and mental peace. Avoid this place at all costs.

They are not hiring anyone it is a fake hiring this company has wasted my time taken all the rounds of the interview and then didn’t selected me after continuously asking them they said there is no negative feedback but you are not selected and did not give me any genuine reason. Fake hiring beware..
