spark placement since **** rating **. I accept that I do have not much experience in the HR field but what I learned from this field is to fill the gap b/w management & employees. If Jatin is right then due to this type of behaviour some placement firm/consulting firm/vendors images are like 100₹ ke 2 job/100₹ 2 job & so we didn’t see stability in the CV of many employees. Some 20’s wale HRs are offering good CTC hikes according to skills, experience, market standard & education but not depending on LAST CTC. If somebody tries to show their 80’s wala HR experience in 20’s wala world it’s not work. HR does not mean only managing the man-power through the money it’s about handling the man-power to know the ideology/psychology of men-power to the time & motivate the employee for the best opportunity according to their skills not based on the last CTC and also help the organisation to find the best stable employee. – unicorn businMNCsMNCNC’s asking for salary slips but only after selection. (Asking for CTC before the interview is okay but asking salary slip before the interview is🤡
