Update: My original posting was a two star but since the business had time to reply to “reach out if you’d like to explore our services in the future,” I don’t have an issue stating my experience with this particular Express. At the beginning of working with them, I had no issues since they found me a position that were within my preferences of wage, type of work, and contract type. Issues came to play when they sent me on a job where the employer had no issues having liquor in their fridge and their coworkers would go to the back at the end of the day and have a drink. That’s their choice. When their client became disrespectful because I did not want to participate in certain things or the sneer remarks, I stood up for myself. When you stand up for yourself respectfully, there will be an issue. The employment agency will get the information of why you stated this assignment isn’t a great fit for me due to how their client acts, and they have a way of ghosting you when it comes to other opportunities. I was being nice when I just put a star rating, but since they needed to reply, this is my reply that I would never work for someone that’s ok with sticking for disrespectful clients again. It’s a business, I get it, but be careful and see how you are treated once you tell them the truth about their clients or tactics.

Though my time with express was short, it was sweet! Brenna was my case manager. She really got to know me as an individual. She listened to me and only matched me with assignments that she really thought I would love! They were a great resource in a time of need. It’s through the experience that I’ve gained with Express that I was able to move on from Express into a careered job with Corporate America! I will always recommend them to anyone needing a job and who really wants to work. Express has opened doors for me that I otherwise would not have been able to myself! Through Brenna’s guidance , I’ve been able to grow and blossom. She saw the seed and watered the plant! Thank you Brenna, and thank you Express Team. It’s truly been an AMAZING journey.
