Terrible company!!!
I own a skincare line and we used this lab for our spf. It took them exactly 1year to develop the product. After several tweaks on the product, we finally approved it then when we got our big batch, the products were not the same as the approval sample. They refused to fix this issue or give me a solution. What a unprofessional company.

I operate a cosmetic line that mainly sells online and through Amazon. The reason I got in contact with The Pure Source was because of lack of communication with my manufacturer overseas and wanting my product to be made in the USA. When I called and spoke to a sales rep , they made the whole process very smooth from the minimum order quantities to the explanation of the products they offer, they really helped bring my vision to life. From beginning to end, my entire order took about 7-9 weeks which I believe is pretty standard considering they were doing everything turnkey for me including helping me with my label.

We have been using Pure Source since early 2016 for a product we developed in the 80’s and distributed since that time. Becoming increasingly frustrated with our manufacturer at that time, Mark Kempin happened to call us at the right time. Switching manufacturers is certainly not an easy task and not one we took lightly, however I could not be more grateful that we decided to do so for too many reasons to list. Being a small family run business, Mark helped guide us throughout the switchover and we have been using them every since. Fast-forward to 2020 and along with help from the Pure Source team, we launched our second product which we just started selling and marketing. There are a lot of moving parts in the world of contract manufacturing and while there have been and are sure to be some hiccups, Pure Source will be transparent and address when they arise. We look forward to growing alongside Pure Source in the years to come.
