I recently went to Sono Bello for a consultation, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and concerning. My consultation was with someone named Billie Aldes, and it felt more like dealing with a pushy car salesperson than receiving thoughtful guidance about a medical procedure.
There was no time taken to thoroughly explain the procedure, the risks, or the options. I was rushed through the process in about 10 minutes, and every time I tried to ask questions, I was either cut off or not given a real answer. There was also no doctor present, which was alarming — I expected at least some interaction with a medical professional, especially for something this serious.
Instead, I was given a quote as if I was buying a product off a shelf, without truly understanding what I’d be getting. The whole experience felt high-pressure and impersonal, and it left me feeling unsafe and uneasy about proceeding with surgery at Sono Bello.
If you’re considering this place, I recommend doing additional research and insisting on speaking directly with a licensed physician before making any decisions. This is your body and health — you deserve to feel informed and confident, not rushed and pressured.
