I have been living at Jefferson Ridge Apartments since 2021. The office staff Coretta Benson, John, and Ahmed have been excellent. Their responses, both over the phone and in person have been outstanding. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all my questions.
All of my service requests have been resolved within 24 hours, following a clear and professional procedure. The maintenance staff is also courteous and efficient.
The office staff’s communication is proactive, keeping residents well-informed. The community areas are kept exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Jefferson Ridge Apartments.
