I currently work here, and overall, it’s not a bad company. One of the best parts of my experience has been working with Alyson Speer as my recruiter—she’s been awesome and always has my back. That said, one of the downsides is the lack of support when issues come up. It often feels like it’s your word against someone else’s, and the company doesn’t always step in to advocate for you. I get that they’re a contracted company, but on a serious note, other companies that know you’re contracted will sometimes treat you as “less than,” and unfortunately, there’s not much protection or pushback when that happens. It would go a long way if the company took a stronger stance in supporting their contracted employees.

I made the mistake of contacting Soliant when I first was searching for a job. They never were able to help place me anywhere and I found a job myself. Now this company has nonstop contacted me for over two years and harassed me after I’ve asked to be taken off their list of people to call. I’m no longer even looking for the job they are calling about. Logan Idol, account executive, has contacted me numerous times after I’ve personally asked him to not contact me any further. He then emailed me this morning, after I had sent him a message yesterday telling him I am no longer interested in the field they are looking for and to stop contacting me. How do I get this company to stop harassing me???? Do I need to sue? Please don’t use this company EVER unless you want to take legal action against them.

I have used many therapy companies over the past 13 years, i.e. Soliant, Ardor/The Stepping Stones, Procare/ New Directions), Supplemental HC and 2 private clinics. I understand many of these companies are under one umbrella, but not all outcomes are the same across the board. However, I was very fortunate his year my recruiter Dalton at Soliant was awesome. He worked very hard, he always responded promptly to any issues or concerns. This was my first assignment that I didn’t have ANY reservations with Dalton’s team that they worked on my placement with the best all-round outcome for me.
