I currently work here, and overall, it’s not a bad company. One of the best parts of my experience has been working with Alyson Speer as my recruiter—she’s been awesome and always has my back.
That said, one of the downsides is the lack of support when issues come up. It often feels like it’s your word against someone else’s, and the company doesn’t always step in to advocate for you.
I get that they’re a contracted company, but on a serious note, other companies that know you’re contracted will sometimes treat you as “less than,” and unfortunately, there’s not much protection or pushback when that happens. It would go a long way if the company took a stronger stance in supporting their contracted employees.
