Good overall experience with them, but I don’t like how they talk to me when I have to call out of work for the day. The tone feels condescending and rude. I shouldn’t have to dread having to call out of work for being sick because the lady on the phone is rude. They got me employed very fast, with a company that I really enjoy working for, but that’s the only thing that bothers me.

Call in and they refuse to do ANYTHING in person. I have a college degree, all documents, resume, IDs and “go on our website” is what I got. She also said let’s schedule a phone screen a month down the road. The ENTIRE process is wildly inefficient and doesn’t allow for anyone to be productive and actually make money for the company. Horrible business model! Completely useless.

This temp agency is a literal joke. If you’re african american don’t even bother washing your time. Nikki is a liar and they are racist they act like they are looking for a job but they aren’t. Complete waste of time and gas.
