I was the “perfect” candidate, resume work experience was very impressive per the staffing recruiter for multiple positions they had placement for during our “pre” interview (2 different people pre interview me) over the phone. She invited me to visit their office to fill out application etc. After meeting in person and her putting on a great interview show, I was basically the “perfect” candidate but the wrong color. The recruiter never callback or returned any of my multiple calls. I waited a couple months and call again about any job openings just see if my gut feeling was correct and I have never received a callback till this day. It’s sad, but true the color of your skin does matter when it comes to getting a job.

My experience with snelling has been awesome..I am currently working with Beth and she has been awesome..She is so understanding and caring..she goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get the best jobs pertaining to their work history and she’s always there when I need assistance. She always return my emails and phone calls in a timely manner.. I have been working on a temp assignment for about 6 months and I have no doubt that she already has something more permanent lined up for me when it’s time to transition to a new company..
