We have used Snelling Hospitality on multiple occasions for various job openings at our hospitality business. We have found them to be extremely well organized, communicative, and, most importantly, able to find qualified candidates that an online job post wouldn’t otherwise attract. They do a fantastic job of shepherding the process all the way through hiring and guarantee (and honor) a period of retention for hires. We have spoken to other recruiters, both local and national, and found Snelling Hospitality to be the ideal fit for us, evidenced by the fact that we plan to continue to work with them as our business expands.

I strongly advise against these clowns. I am a business owner and called seeking qualified applicants for a full-time position. They changed the pricing structure three separate times, then sent me an employee so woefully inadequte I don’t know where to begin. There are a lot of great staffing companies out there– just NOT this one.
