Terrible company. Gift was lost by UPS and they’ve advised that they’ve “filed a claim to on [my] behalf.” As the shipper, the claim is not on anyone’s behalf other than their own. They’ve now advised that I will have to wait until the claim with UPS is resolved before they will ship a replacement. That’s no way to run a business and there’s no way to contact anyone by phone. Your only option is to send messages or emails, and the people who reply are semi-illiterate. Stay away! Snappy has an interesting business plan, but they’re terrible to deal with when something goes wrong!

M My birthday is March 1st and well you know I’m not as excited as I used to be, I don’t know, maybe everything changes, and at 30 years old I’ve never received flowers, I know it has nothing to do with Gift card But I needed to clear my head 😞😣

Incredible, and I mean INCREDIBLE customer service! I received a Snappy gift from work and while the initial list was impressive there was something else I wanted within the budget. I reached out to their support and they were able to accommodate my request through an Amazon link. Super excited to receive my gift and Taylor helped me out all through the process. Patiently answered all my questions over email with clarity and a super friendly tone. Can’t wait to get my gift and whoever is doing the training for the customer service team at Snappy is doing it right! A 5 star experience for sure! If I could nitpick one thing it would be cool to have an option where the recipient can use their gift towards a larger purchase and pay the difference. However, I imagine the logistics behind that are easier said than done. Still would be nice to have!
