I’m in the healthcare field and we’ve been working with the SMB team for years. When I first came onboard over a year ago, I was skeptical about critical aspects leaving the safety of our office but our overseas team has proved to be consistent and reliable. If we ask it of them, they do it. They’ve also been very fluid with us and our needs as they’ve evolved.
