They are irresponsible. I’ve been trying to get my salary for 10days so far. When I contacted the HR, she doesn’t even respond to my questions, ignoring my text and emails. I’m so disappointed in their customer service!!

RETKAP LLC, the Director of which is Savchenko Anna Valeryivna, does not fulfill its obligations. It reserves the right not to pay for the received products and not to respond to messages and calls. 11 months pretending that they do not owe anything to anyone. I do not recommend having a trusted relationship with the company RETKAP, the employees who, by the way, do not work officially, and the director herself, who, according to the documents, also does not officially manage, constantly lie. Anna Savchenko’s mother, Yuliya Vasylchuk, is the most deceitful person I have ever met. The amount owed to the supplier is 20,471 hryvnias, which they do not even try to pay in a year, but simply do not answer calls or written messages. If they lie and do not fulfill their obligations with partners, think about how such a company can help you.
