You are an absolute disgrace.
There was no means for an ordinary cash using human being to pay, I do not use app payments especially when there is no signal to even do so. Just because other people managed to pay does via phone not mean everyone can. There are NUMEROUS different network providers by the way, where one works ten don’t!!! And mine didn’t!!
I only pay for things with cash and you have exploited that, demanding payment even when the reason I could not pay was entirely fair and legal. You are not acting legally or fairly, I don’t know how you sleep at night.
I’ve been exceptionally sick this week, I just had a panic attack upon remembering these, I was relieved of my entire rent money one month for this last year, the stress of that hospitalised me and its happening again!! As I say I’ve been very ill this week so missed your deadlines, I’ve come on here to try and sort this out however its allowed me to pay the extortion from a day I visited zip world, but the few days before I visited to make the booking, it won’t allow me to pay!! And you make it impossible to actually talk to a human being!!
I’d appreciate it if somebody would contact me so I can hand over the further 110 and let me get on with my life that is already falling apart and rotting.
