I worked there as an administrative assistant and was supposed to be a bookkeeper. Everything was going really well, got approval from the owner to get a few weeks off without pay so I could have my shoulder surgery. A couple of weeks later, at least a week before I had said I would come back, I let her know that I was ready to come back. Instead of calling me or having me come in to the office, she texted me and laid me off because there wasn’t enough work for me to do. They don’t treat their employees, both in office and in the field, well. They don’t get back to people about jobs unless you’re their favourite, they try to do everything they can to avoid paying employees injured on the job worker’s comp, she’s very shady. She’s in her 80s and should have retired 20 years ago. She says one thing one day and the next day forgets what she said and tells you to do it the way you were doing it before. I highly recommend going to other employment agencies. You’ll be treated better and likely be paid more.

The female owner & CEO judges candidates unfairly & talked to a 53 year-old like they were 18 with stupid job advice like “You’re supposed to choose a career when you’re 30”, well ya but life happens after that & it’s rare someone stays in the same field their whole life! She puts down older people looking for work. She has been in business since 1964, time to retire instead of being rude & clueless.
