Working with the team at SkyWater Search Partners was an exceptional experience. The job searching process was new to me and the team was welcoming and very informative on how the process worked, helping guide me through each step of the way. It can be intimidating searching for jobs but that was not the case when working directly with SkyWater. The team are experts in the industry, personable, and keep your goals in mind and in sight. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new role and guidance/expertise in the process.

I had a great experience working with Kyle from SkyWater. He was fantastic at communicating all the necessary details about the opportunity that I was interested in, and he played a pivotal role in negotiating the offer. The thing I appreciated most, was his due diligence in figuring out what I wanted in a role. No BS, no fluff, he just understood what I needed to make a switch.
