Worst worst company…as my interview was Done in this company on the basis of interview they hire us as a one day labour who can source just relevant cv that they can share to client after wasting your precious time they will ask for second round in that they will reject u on stupid basis that u are working in c2h hiring also whether u are having exp in permanent hiring also .the worst interview i have ever seen i have preferred this company due to work from home only even I was ready to go with 10 k less from previous salary as this chindi company was not having budget…so please look into yor interview process first u have to do general discussion..in case u think u want to hire than do that naukri sourcing n all stupidity…i really wastes my time in this stupid organisation so think twice before giving interview in this ridiculous company..

What’s the point when no one replies to your messages. I understand no roles are readily available with them but basic courtesy of replying to candidates is not there at all. Incase they want a candidate they chase them but if candidate is voluntarily approaching no one replies. Just respond it will only take a min of your time nothing else. Mr. Saurabh Mittal and Team I am sorry to say entire idea of opening a consultancy goes down the drain if you don’t know people relationship.

Not recommended, worst company in terms of job security, growth. The environment is as toxic as it can be , with filthy hierarchy, only non professional housewives are a part of this organization, the whole day you will listen to babies crying over meetings. Its a group of greedy bunch of AH’s. Should not even be called as a company, just unscrupulous . Further responding to the DE&I pointer : Specifically focusing on the female employees there is no Maternity benifits as such, the hierarchy really doesnot discriminates at all when it comes to firing an employee, it would hardly be a 2 mins discussion and you just might loose your job. As mentioned earlier the pay is pathetic also there are perks of a stressful life , no work life balance & growth + job security will never exist. So for the upcoming recruits , take a wise decision keeping your career in mind .
