I had a disappointing experience with the interview process. I was scheduled for a phone interview with Casey, the recruiter, for an HR Manager role. She canceled the first meeting at the very last minute, citing that she was stuck in another meeting. We rescheduled for the following day, but she never showed up, and never followed up afterward. I made time during a busy day to be available, only to be completely ghosted. It was extremely unprofessional and surprising, especially coming from a recruiter representing an established company. Experiences like this are frustrating and reflect poorly on the hiring process.
